These terms govern your use of ghostabelar.com and everything offered through it: mentorship, alchemical hypnosis, readings, courses, live events, and the astrology tools. By using the site, submitting a form, or buying anything here, you agree to what follows. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old to buy anything, book a session, attend an event, or submit an application. The site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
You agree that the information you give us — on an application, at checkout, or in a form — is accurate and yours to give.

We may change, pause, or discontinue any offering at any time. If we discontinue something you already paid for and have not received, we will refund it.
Do not use anything here to delay or replace professional care. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact emergency services or a licensed professional. If you have a history of seizures, psychosis, dissociative conditions, or any condition that could be affected by relaxation, trance, or breath work, talk to your doctor before booking a hypnosis session.
Never listen to a hypnosis recording while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything else that requires your attention.
Nothing here is a guarantee of any outcome. Results depend on you, and any example, testimonial, or case we share is one person's experience, not a promise of yours. We make no earnings claims of any kind.
Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. You authorize the charge shown at checkout, including any applicable tax and any recurring amount you agreed to.
Where a purchase is a payment plan or subscription, it continues on the stated schedule until it completes or you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund charges already made, and where a plan covers a program you've already begun, the remaining balance is still owed.
If a payment fails, we may retry it and may pause access until it clears.
Book deliberately. Sessions and mentorship are non-refundable once purchased. You may reschedule a one-on-one session once, with at least 24 hours' notice. A missed session, or one cancelled inside 24 hours, counts as delivered.
Courses, recordings, written material, and astrology reports are delivered immediately and are non-refundable. If something is broken or never arrives, tell us and we'll fix it or refund it.
Tickets are non-refundable and, unless we say otherwise, transferable — email us the name of the person taking your place. If we cancel an event outright, you get a full refund. If we move it, your ticket moves with it, and you may request a refund instead.
If something's wrong, email ghost@ghostabelar.com first — it's faster than a bank dispute and we'd rather sort it out directly. A chargeback filed on a delivered purchase may end your access to what you bought and to future offerings.
At a live event you agree to follow the venue's rules and the instructions of anyone running the room. We may refuse entry or ask anyone to leave, without refund, for behaviour that threatens the safety or the experience of the people there.
Events are often photographed, filmed, and recorded. By attending you agree that your image and voice may appear in that material and that we may use it to promote the work, without payment to you. If that's a problem, tell us on arrival and we'll seat you out of frame.
Everything on this site and inside our products — writing, recordings, video, artwork, teaching material, the methods and their names — belongs to us and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
When you buy a digital product you get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use it yourself. You may not copy, share, resell, publish, sublicense, or upload it, use it to teach or train others commercially, or feed it into an AI model or dataset.
Anything you send us — a question, a testimonial, a comment — you allow us to use in our material, without your last name unless you say otherwise. Tell us if you'd rather we didn't and we won't.

When you give us your email you're agreeing to hear from us about what you bought and about the work we do. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and it works — one click, immediately.
Text messages are separate and always opt-in. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and consent to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything. Reply STOP to any message to end them and HELP for help. Full detail, including how we treat your phone number, is in the Privacy Policy.
Transactional messages — a receipt, a ticket, a booking confirmation, a password reset — are part of the service and are sent whether or not you take marketing.
We use outside services to run this — payments, email, text messaging, scheduling, hosting, analytics. Their handling of your information is covered in the Privacy Policy. Links out to other sites are not endorsements, and we're not responsible for what lives at the other end.
The site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or anything bought through it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of anyone's rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top always tells you which version you're reading, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. If a change is significant and we have your email, we'll tell you.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
