This explains what we collect when you use ghostabelar.com, why we have it, who else touches it, and how to make us delete it. Plain version: we collect what we need to teach you, sell to you, and stay in touch. We do not sell your information, and we never share your phone number with anyone for their marketing.

That email address is also the fastest way to ask what we hold on you, or to have it erased. A person reads it.
Card payments run through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. What comes back to us is the amount, the date, whether it worked, the last four digits, and your billing name and email.
Where the law requires a legal basis (for example the UK and EU), ours is one of: performing our contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interest in running and promoting the business, or a legal obligation. You can withdraw consent at any time.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade your list to anyone. We share it only with the services that make this run, each handling it under their own agreement and only for the job named:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect someone's safety or our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of the business — in which case this policy follows your data to the new owner.
Your phone number is treated separately and more strictly. See section 06.
We use cookies and similar technology to keep the site working, remember what you did, and measure our advertising. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; parts of the site may stop working properly if you do.
We run the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok advertising pixels. These record actions on the site — a page view, a checkout starting, a purchase completing — and report them back so we can tell which ads worked and show relevant ads to people like you. Some of this is sent from our server rather than your browser, including a hashed version of your email or phone number used only to match the same event and never readable as your actual details.
To limit this: use your Meta and TikTok ad settings, your device's tracking controls (on iPhone, Settings → Privacy → Tracking), or optout.aboutads.info. We honour Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of any sharing for targeted advertising.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We text you only if you gave us your mobile number and agreed to it — by ticking the consent box on a form on this site, by texting us first, or by telling us in writing. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of buying anything.
Appointment and event reminders, order and ticket confirmations, replies to your questions, and occasional messages about our offerings and events. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message and we stop immediately — it's automatic, and you'll get one confirmation. Reply HELP for help, or email ghost@ghostabelar.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We keep a record of your consent and your opt-out, because we have to be able to prove it and because an opt-out has to stick. That record is used for nothing else.
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and it works on one click with no login. Transactional email — receipts, tickets, booking confirmations, anything you need to use what you bought — is part of the service and is sent regardless.
Customer and financial records are kept for at least seven years, because tax law requires it. Applications, contact details, and marketing preferences are kept while you're on the list and for up to three years after your last activity. Analytics data is kept in aggregate. If you ask us to delete you, we delete everything we're not legally obliged to keep, and we keep a minimal suppression record so we don't accidentally contact you again.
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, send you a copy, or stop using it for marketing. Email ghost@ghostabelar.com and we'll confirm within 45 days, usually far sooner. We won't treat you differently for asking.
Under the CCPA/CPRA you have the right to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. We do share advertising identifiers with Meta and TikTok for targeted advertising, which counts as “sharing” under that law — opt out using the controls in section 05 or by emailing us.
You additionally have the right to object to processing, to restrict it, to data portability, and to complain to your local supervisory authority. Your data is processed in the United States.
Everything runs over HTTPS, payment data never reaches our servers, and access to the admin side is restricted and logged. No system is perfect, so we don't claim ours is — but if there's ever a breach affecting you, we'll tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
This site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their information, email us and we'll delete it.
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top tells you which version you're reading. If a change materially affects how we use your information and we have your email, we'll tell you before it takes effect.
